Can I download property registration documents for offline use? Yes, once your property documents are processed and approved, you will receive a downloadable version in your account. However, draft documents and consultation materials remain securely accessible online only.
Can I access services on multiple devices simultaneously? No, simultaneous access on multiple devices is not allowed. Once logged in on one device, any other device using the same credentials will be blocked. You can, however, access your account from any device by logging in one at a time.
